Engineers Call Out Charges – To Investigate, Carry Out Works & Report If Required | 1st hour, £75.00 | Each hour thereafter £65 (charged in 30 min increments). Please note this charge does not include any materials. |
Gas Boiler or Gas Fire Service | From £89.00 | If fees fall outside this price, if requested, we will advise in advance. |
Back Boiler Service | From £112.00 | Domestic gas fires. If fees fall outside this price, if requested, we will advise in advance. |
Gas Fire & Boiler (non BBU) Service | From £137.00 | Domestic boilers. If fees fall outside this price, if requested, we will advise in advance. |
Landlord Certificate including Gas Boiler Service | From £124.00 | Landlord certificate & service (If more than one appliance requires a service – price on application) |
Unvented Cylinder Check/Inspection | From £72.00 | Pressure test and recharge (inc expansion vessels) |
